Primary 7 Celebrate World Book Day

Primary 7 had the best day celebrating World Book Day 2023. Our day started with a visit from Chloe from Konflux Theatre and we got to take part in a creative workshop based on the books by David Walliams. After break we had great fun welcoming our Primary 4 buddies into Primary 7 to share stories with them and we also got competitive completing a quiz called 'name that story' - some of the clues were very tricky! We also spent this time looking at our wonderful potatoes - we had to decorate these to look like book characters and Mrs Miller was blown away with our creativity! After lunch we were treated to a Creative Writing workshop with local author Colin Ash and this was great fun! To end the day we finished our classroom door which we decorated with a Peter Pan theme!
