Primary 6 Celebrate World Book Day

What a blast we had in Primary 6 today to celebrate World Book Day.  Miss Holmes could not believe her eyes when we all came into Primary 6 this morning at just how fabulous all of our costumes were and just how much effort we had all put in. We spent the morning discussing each other's costumes and trying to guess who each person was. Throughout the day Miss Holmes had planned so many fun activities linked to World Book Day for us. We completed a class quiz called ‘Name that book’ and we really impressed Miss Holmes with our wonderful knowledge about lots of different stories. We also got to complete character selfies choosing our favourite book characters. After break our Primary 3 buddies joined us and we got to share a story with them. In the afternoon we became book designers and got to design new book covers for our favourite books.
