Primary 2 enjoyed making pancakes today. We followed a recipe and used weighing scales to measure our ingredients. Our teachers helped us to cook them on a griddle pan as it was very hot! Then came the fun part - which topping to choose? The most popular topping in Primary 2 was traditional lemon & sugar. The pancakes were delicious!! After learning all about Pancake Tuesday and why it is celebrated we then broke off into teams for a Pancake Quiz. It was so much fun trying to remember all of the pancake facts. A yummy, fun day had by all!
