P3 Show and Tell

Every Friday afternoon a child in our class has the opportunity to take part in a ‘Show and Tell’ activity.  This is a fun way to develop personally and socially.  Children are encouraged to bring in something from home and tell the class about it.  This week we were very excited to meet and learn all about a very unusual pet ‘axolotl’.  We really enjoyed watching the pet axolotl being fed a delicious ‘blood worm’ snack and found out so many cool facts about these interesting salamanders.  Did you know an axolotl has no eyelids?!  A big well done to our superstar P3 pupil for sharing his love and passion for his pet!
