P3- Whole School Assembly ‘Dress To Express’

Happy Children’s Mental Health Week 2023

🌟 As part of Children’s Mental Health week all pupils were invited to ‘dress to express’.  The children arrived in an array of fantastic clothing which expressed themselves while feeling comfortable and confident.

🌟 Primary 3 led our school assembly which highlighted the importance of keeping our minds happy and bodies healthy!  With the help of our very own Mr Motivation P3 got everyone up and moving to energetic Mr Men fitness movements.  Mr Motivator did a great job but we called in our expert yoga 🧘‍♀️teacher Janine from Calm, Confident Kids to balance our minds and bodies though exercise, meditation and breathing.
