Primary 2 had a fantastic morning visiting the local Greengrocer, Marshall Howe as part of our theme ‘Hey Hey Healthy Me!’ We met with the owner, John Howe who taught us all about the importance of a healthy diet and demonstrated how to cut up fruits and vegetables safely. We got to see so many tasty fruits and vegetables in store and John was very impressed with our knowledge. We also enjoyed seeing the Christmas lights and wonderful window displays in our local town – A massive thank you to John for letting us visit his beautiful shop and for delivering our tasty fruit boxes to enjoy back at school!! #supportlocal #community #kindness #reallifelearning
