Primary 5 had the most amazing afternoon taking part in our Forest Schools programme. We set off to our usual site in Roe Valley Country Park and played a game called 10 items in 10 minutes, where the pupils had to gather a range of interesting, natural materials. They shared their findings with the class before creating an art picture. We were amazed at how creative Primary 5 were in their designs, creating trees, maps, a fairy garden and even a volcano!! Our afternoon was topped off by a special treat in Al’s ice-cream shop 🍨
