A huge thank you to Micky, from Crossfit Limavady, who facilitated Primary 5's crossfit session as part of Children's Mental Health Week. The boys and girls took part in squats, burpees, jumps, lunges and push ups and all within a given time! They LOVED it! It was such an amazing, fun way to finish our day :)
