P3 Grow Programme

This week Primary 3 completed the resiliency and mental health Grow programme (facilitated by The Dry Arch Centre).  Over the 6 weeks the children have learnt to:

• Improve confidence and self-image
• Work on giving your brain a hug
• Express emotions positively
• Ways to cope with tricky situations
• Improve physical and mental health

Primary 3 really enjoyed all the fun activities and were delighted to receive their very own poster, sticker and certificate!
